Harmony 20 has a multitude of workflow improvements designed to help you create quickly and effectively. Below is a list of all the workflow improvements added to Harmony 20.

Snapshot buttons

There are new buttons in the Camera status bar for taking and reviewing a snapshot. This means you can store a temporary copy of the content of the Camera view, and later compare it to the new modified state.

Quick Connection of Nodes

Now you can quickly connect nodes in the Node view by using shortcut keys.

Cable Cutter Mode

A new mode is now available in the Node view to cut cables by dragging the mouse over them. The Cable Cutter mode can be enabled using a button in the Node view toolbar, or by setting an override in the Shortcuts.

Find and Insert Node

The Node view now has a new menu to find and insert a node. This helps you to find and insert nodes easily and effortlessly.

Eyedropper in Colour Overrides

The Colour-Override node now has eyedroppers that allow you to select a colour or a pencil texture from the Camera or Drawing view. The eyedroppers can be found in the Colour-Override Layer Properties in the Colours section.

Quick Ease In/Out for keyframes

New commands and toolbar buttons allow you to quickly set ease in and ease out of keyframes selected in the Timeline. Depending on the selected button, it will set your eases to 33% on one or both sides.

Other Workflow Improvements

Other workflow improvements made in Harmony 20 include an alphabetically organised Display list, shortcuts displayed in tooltips, and the ability to filter lists by typing.
