How to Install the Sample Material
To complete this course, you will be provided with a package that contains different types of sample material. Make sure to uncompress the Zip file before using the content.
Project File
You will recognize a sample project as a folder containing a group of files including an *.xstage (Harmony) or *.sboard (Storyboard Pro) file.
Open the project by clicking the *.sboard or *.xstage file.
Always keep the entire content of the folder together. Separating the files will break the structure and you will no longer be able to use your project.
If a project file name ends with -ess, -adv or -prm, it means it is for a specific Harmony edition.
-ess: Essentials
-adv: Advanced
-prm: Premium
Template
You will recognize a template as a folder ending with a *.tpl extension. These files can be opened the same way as a project file or imported in your library.
In the Library view menu, select Folders > Open Library.
In the browser window that opens, navigate to the location of the sample material folder (generally identified with the MO- prefix).
Select the folder and click OK. The new library appears in the Library Folders section.
