We can also give a sense of space to our drawing by using Atmospheric perspective. The three main principals are easy to understand but it takes years of practice to master them.

First, you can see fewer details on objects as they get farther away.

Second, the contrast between objects greatly diminishes with distance.

Third, colours tend to cool down as they recede into space.
