Colours are analogous when three colours are one next to the other on the colour wheel. The analogous colour scheme is possible one of the most accessible one since it will always yield and harmonious colour palette. Be careful though: while using it seems to make everything easy, it can also quickly become dull or flat. It is a bit harder to create dramatic scenes with it because of the small range of varied colours.
